Quality Resource Group was founded in 2014 to give New York small businesses the kind of digital work usually reserved for companies with in-house marketing departments — delivered without jargon, retainers you cannot exit, or reports nobody understands.
Our story
Started on Court Street, still here
We began as a two-person operation helping contractors and clinics in Downtown Brooklyn fix broken websites and neglected Google listings. Word travelled the way it does in New York — one satisfied owner tells the guy on the next block.
Eleven years later, we manage local search programs for businesses across all five boroughs, and the model has not changed much. We take on a limited number of clients so each one gets senior attention, we publish our starting rates, and we measure success in phone calls and booked jobs rather than impressions.
Most of our clients came from a referral or from firing an agency that overpromised. We would rather tell you a keyword is not worth chasing than sell you a package that cannot work.
